About Me
I’m a certified yoga teacher and spiritual wellness coach with over seven years of experience guiding women back to themselves through yoga, nervous system healing, and intuitive embodiment.
I found yoga in my teens, around the age of 17, during a time when it was considered a little “out there” which made me love it even more. I had already begun exploring self-development and spirituality, and yoga quickly became more than just a practice. It became sanctuary.
Over the years, I explored many styles, from the fiery and fast-paced to the still and subtle, but I found myself returning again and again to the practices that brought me back to my body, soothed my nervous system, and reminded me I was safe. This is now the heart of what I teach.
I teach with warmth and grounded presence.
My intention with yoga is to allow for softness in strength, mentally, physically and emotionally.
As a woman in this world it's almost either/or in terms of pushing hard or falling into passivity in survival mode, so I always try to meet you where you are, but I aim to restore fortitude, self-compassion and meaning to those who are feeling burnt out and not quite themselves.
I trained in 2018 with Quaternity Yoga Institute in the serene hills of Carcassonne, France, a transformative immersion into Hatha, Vinyasa, Kundalini, and Yoga Nidra. Since then, I’ve expanded my toolkit to include certifications in Sound Healing and Spiritual Life Coaching.
My work is rooted in nervous system awareness and regulation, because I know that true healing can only happen when we feel safe in our own skin. My passion is helping others return to their bodies, soften their minds, and access the deep, quiet power that’s already within them.
I’ve facilitated retreats, women’s circles, teen mentoring programs, and community yoga classes, all focused on mindfulness, self-empowerment, and spiritual alignment. I specialise in holding sacred, supportive space for women to reconnect with their bodies, their intuition, and their truth, through breath, movement, stillness, and soul.
We live in a world that can be harsh, but we are not powerless. We are resilient, wise, and wildly capable of healing.
