As a practitioner myself for the past 10 years, yoga has taught me that movement is not just about creating shapes with your body but it’s extremely important to know how to move your body in a safe and functional way.
I am a Yoga Alliance certified instructor with a 200HR training in Vinyasa and Meditation.
My classes are Vinyasa based that focus on alignment as well as finding balance between strength and flexibility, allowing different levels of practitioners to embark on their own journeys to find peace, balance and happiness.
