Rebecca is a passionate and devoted yoga and mindfulness teacher who is dedicated to helping people live happier, healthier, more balanced, and peaceful lives through the practice of yoga and mindfulness.
By applying the practices of yoga, breathwork, mindfulness, and meditation, Rebecca guides her students in uniting the breath, body, and mind, to develop awareness and focus, relieve stress, anxiety, and physical ailments, and cultivate a more peaceful state of being.
Rebecca is a 560-hour certified Yoga and Mindfulness teacher who has been teaching since 2011. She comes from a background in professional dance and has had extensive training in Hatha, Vinyasa, Restorative, Yin, and Therapeutic Yoga.
