I’m a yoga teacher focusing on Hatha yoga, gentle stretches, meditation, and breathing exercises.
My sessions are supportive, beginner-friendly, especially for people dealing with stress, tension from desk work, or who are new to yoga.
I believe yoga doesn’t have to be perfect or complicated, it’s about feeling better in your body and mind, even in just 30 minutes.
I offer small group and 1:1 online classes in a relaxed, judgment-free space.
