Despite being surrounded by yoga from a young age, it took me many years to connect with the practice on a deeper level. Like many, I began practicing regularly when life outside became challenging. Sweating it out at hot yoga became the best kind of medicine.
I finished my initial teacher training in 2017 and have since taught classes in Edinburgh, London, Sri Lanka and Glasgow.
In my flow classes, I incorporate an element of self exploration through encouraging students to find freedom through movement. In yin and restorative, I invite you to spend time in the present moment and slow down. My invitation is for you to meet yourself exactly where you are, just as you are.
