Emily Hughes
After working and touring the world as a professional ballet dancer for over 10 years, Emily decided to hang up her pointe shoes and embark on the journey of teaching yoga and pilates. She has worked with some of the most well known studios and gyms across London and now has created her own virtual studio.
The signature technique Emily teaches is a unique blend of yoga and pilates focussing on equal strength, poise, posture and flexibility and centred around the three pillars of movement, music and breath. You can expect to work you muscles and your mind in her very invigorating and form focussed classes.
