Hey I’m Anna!
I’m a yoga teacher who believes yoga should be accessible for everyone. I teach vinyasa and yin yoga. Whether you’re stepping onto the mat for the first time or returning after a break, you belong here.
Vinyasa: A flowing, feel good practice that builds strength and helps you get out of your head and into your body.
Yin: Slower, deeper holds where we explore stillness. We use simple props (things you already have at home eg.pillow) to increase flexibility, improve joint mobility, and release tension.
