Hey Yogi!
I am Jivamukti Yoga teacher with ashtanga background. My teaching style is based on anatomy ( alignment ), body awareness and my teaching style is blend of different kinds of Yoga and methods. Next to Jivamukti Yoga I do also teach Vinyasa, Power yoga, Pilates and my own method - conditioning class Strength and flexibility. I am dedicated ashtanga and pranayama student and in my classes pranayama has big impact. Each class has element of breath awareness. My classes are playful, challenging, influenced by yoga, pilates, gymnastics, flexibility. I pay a lot of attention on body awareness and long term sustainable practice.
