Following successful marathon recovery programs for the past 3 years, we are delighted to organise a 4th edition for the 2026 London Marathon on the 26th of April 2026.
Our Yoga Teacher for Runners will take you through 3 live-streamed recovery yoga sessions starting the day after the marathon, on Monday 27, Tuesday 28 and Wednesday 29 April.
These gentle but targeted classes focus on full-body mobility and flexibility, with extra attention to the hips, quads, glutes, hamstrings, ankles and lower legs. The postures will stretch and release tight muscles and encourage circulation, closing with calming breathwork to soothe the nervous system after all the intensity of race day.
