Free recovery yoga classes for the London Marathon Finishers!

Are you running the London Marathon this weekend?

We have organised a set of 3 recovery classes for you to be able to walk again after the London Marathon:)

Our Yoga Teacher for Runners, Josey Crane Burrows, will take you through three-day recovery sessions. You can join for just one class or do all 3.

"Yoga can help gently ease tension and release restrictions in the muscles, tendons, ligaments and connective tissue after a marathon and bring the body back into balance." says Josey Crane Burrows, our Yoga for Runners Teacher.

Classes are designed for Marathon runners and focus on the lower back, the joints (hips, knees and ankles) and the legs.

Join her classes at 09.30 on Monday 24, 12 pm on Tuesday 25 and 09.30 on Wednesday 26 April.

All you need to do is send us a picture of you at the finish line with your medal to this email address , and you'll receive a voucher to book the livestream classes for the following days.
