GENTLE MOVEMENT, MEDITATION, GONG

Kundalini is an ancient yogic practice with contemporary application, proven to help with today’s challenges such as stress, energy, clarity and resilience. Each class is a blend of physical postures, breath techniques, meditation, mantras, music and the sound of the gong.

The gong is played as part of the relaxation. Not only are the sounds and vibrations mesmerising, they also have therapeutic value: to detoxify, reduce blood pressure and stimulate the immune system.

The class is suitable for all ages and levels of experience, from beginners to experienced yogis. The focus is on mental strength and agility more than physical prowess – it’s not a competitive sport!

  • The gong is best heard through head phones or by connecting your device to an external speaker
  • Have a blanket and cushion/pillow to hand
  • No props are needed
  • No inversions
