As a LYT® Yoga Teacher, my main goal is helping students to find freedom and stability through safer and smarter movement patterns.

LYT Yoga is a core-based style of vinyasa flow, which means we aim to reintegrate correct engagement of the core on the mat, so that you can feel more integrated and energised off the mat.

I’m a big fan of the method that I teach because of the personal benefits it has given me - from feeling physically stronger than I ever have and alleviating what used to be chronic low back pain, to feeling mentally more confident in myself - which is why I want to share it with you.
