
Wendy Milne
I came to Yoga from a background of coaching gymnastics for 15 years, which I’ve since retired from. After finding a love of Yoga I completed my 200hr teacher training in 2020. I furthered my studies completing Yin, Restorative, Trauma Informed and Kids Yoga. I am currently completing my 300hr advanced teacher training. I also hold a Level 3 Mat Pilates Instructor qualification & currently studying level 4 Pilates therapy for musculoskeletal conditions.
I am passionate about sharing the benefits of Yoga & Pilates, helping others begin their health and wellness journey in addition to guiding more experienced students to achieving their goals and well-being. My classes are suitable for all where I endeavour to offer adaptions and modifications in a mindful, welcoming environment.
