Hello, I'm Rachel, a certified Yoga Teacher and Movement Coach with over two decades of personal and professional experience in yoga and mindful movement.
My journey began in my early twenties following a diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis. Yoga was introduced to me as a gentle, therapeutic practice to maintain joint mobility and keep me moving, and it quite literally changed my life. What started as a prescription became a passion, transforming not only my physical wellbeing but my mental and emotional resilience too.
That profound personal journey is what inspired me to train as a yoga teacher, because I believe everyone deserves access to the healing power of this practice.
I specialise in gentle Hatha, Yin, and Chair Yoga, working with compassion and care to support individuals living with chronic conditions such as arthritis, as well as those managing restricted mobility or recovering from injury. My classes are designed to be accessible, nurturing, and deeply restorative, helping you reconnect with your body, move with greater ease, and feel truly well again.
