Hello, I'm Rachel a Yoga Teacher, Movement Coach, Yoga Nidra, and Meditation Guide.
I was first introduced to yoga back in my early 20s when I was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis. It was recommended as a gentle form of exercise to keep my joints supple and keep me moving.
20 years later and the practice has transformed my life, not only physically but mentally too. So becoming a Yoga teacher was a natural progression for me as I wanted to share the wonderful benefits yoga has to offer.
I am trained in Hatha and Yin Yoga, and as well as teaching Yoga, I am a Movement coach, helping those with chronic conditions like arthritis or those with restricted mobility to get moving and feel better in their bodies again.
