Hi, my name's Nick. I was first introduced to yoga when my mum persuaded me to attend a yoga class when I was in my twenties. I've been hooked ever since! I've been teaching since 2006 when I completed my full British Wheel of Yoga teaching diploma.
Come and learn yoga with me. You will enjoy a flowing sequence of yoga postures, including forward bends, back bends, twists and balances. You will deepen your knowledge and understanding of how this ancient practice can enhance your life as you build physical and emotional strength and flexibility.
