Ailsa Wright
Ailsa's yoga journey began on her yoga journey in 2018 as a way to relieve stress during university and to recover from a sports injury. After completing a 5 week beginners course, she quickly fell in love with the practice. Three years later in 2021, Ailsa completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training and has loved teaching in person and online vinyasa yoga classes and yoga classes for beginners since then.
Ailsa specialises in creative, anatomy focussed vinyasa flow classes that are accessible to everyone. She also really enjoys teaching beginners, allowing them to discover the emotional, spiritual and physical benefits of yoga. With a deep interest in anatomy, she has pursued further studies in the subject, using her knowledge to empower her students and enhance their practice.
Outside of teaching yoga, Ailsa is very passionate about the outdoors, spending much of her time hiking, rock climbing and enjoying nature. She has found that the mindfulness she has developed through yoga has given her the tools to stay present in her daily life and her outdoor activities, and she aims to share this sense of mindfulness with her students during class.
