For Teachers: How to create a Monthly Pass

• Get in touch and let us know what price you'd like your Monthly Pass to be (minimum £40)
• We'll create a payment link just for you and we'll send it to you, and add you to our Monthly Pass page
• When you get a request for a Monthly Pass you can send that payment link to the student
• When we receive the payment, we'll let you know, and we'll send your free voucher to the student
• We'll then send you the payment via stripe, minus the platform commission you usually pay (depending on your plan), and minus the card processing fees for that payment

Good to know:

• You can add on your profile that you are offering Monthly Passes and tell people to get in touch with you via contact.
• When you sell Monthly Passes your are expected to organise at least the same amount of classes per week as when your student booked the pass. If you stop teaching, we’ll refund the student fully.
• If you are selling Monthly Passes on your own website, we're asking you to have the same price on this platform to protect us from Fee Avoidance.
• Let us know if you'd like to renew your Free voucher
