YIN YOGA A RELEASE FROM MENTAL AND PHYSICAL PAIN

DEEP INTEGRATED AND INTELLIGENT HEALING

TO EASE FEELINGS OF LACK, ANXIETY, AND DEPRESSION OR EVEN PHYSICAL INJURIES WE BEGIN IN A SHORT, DEEP MEDITATION AND THEN BEGIN TO CLEANSE THE MIND AND BODY OF TRAUMA WITH HIP OPENING, GENTLE STRETCHING AND BREATH WORK.

THIS SESSION SHOULD LEAVE YOU FEELING BALANCED AND POSITIVE


Wear comfortable clothes. Props will be very useful for this slow but deep session and will help your body to go deeper with ease. Blocks, straps, bolsters, blankets.

Avoid heavy meals for at least 3 hours before any yoga session
