A Yin Yoga class, for those seeking balance and restoration. This 45-minute session is designed to help you unwind, release tension, leaving you refreshed and ready to prepare for your evening and the week ahead.

Yin Yoga is a gentle and meditative practice that focuses on deep stretching and relaxation. It typically involves holding poses for an extended period (usually 3-5 minutes) to target the connective tissues in the body and promote flexibility and is largely floor based.

Whether you're a seasoned yogi or new to the practice, this class provides a space for self-care and introspection, for everyone.

Pillows, cushions, bolsters, blocks, belts, rolled up towels and blankets all make good props if required to support or enhance your practice, although there is no specific requirement for any of these things.
