Join me in a yin yoga flow class to gently let the stress of the week to pass away as you take back control of your weekend grounded and routed in your centre.

in Yin yoga we hold the poses for varying from 3 to 5 minutes, this helps to target the fascia muscle that’s across your whole body. It will also be a time for a introspective meditation so this isn’t for the faint hearted.

the class is structured so anyone can join from any level. As there are variations of the poses.
