This class is suitable for students who have practiced Iyengar yoga regularly for more than 1 year.
Over the course of each month, you will be practicing standing poses, forward bends, backbends, twists, restorative poses and inversions.
You will need props to support yourself in Sarvangasana (shoulder stand), either 4 yoga blocks or a stack of neatly folded blankets.
A yoga bolster, blocks, bricks and a belt are also useful, though not essential.
