How to use the Yoga Challenge Tracker

Keep track of your Yoga Challenge with the Yoga Challenge Tracker and enter a draw to win a gift card or a free or discounted yoga class!
Whether you practise your yoga challenge in a Yoga studio, at the gym, on YouTube, with a Yoga App, or on the Live Yoga Teachers platform, the tracker centralises all yoga classes and keeps track of them for you.
You can track 5 types of January yoga challenges: 30-day, 5 times a week, 4 times a week, 3 times a week, twice a week or once a week.
All you need to do is set the frequency and click on each day you’ve practised yoga. The progress report will tell you how close you are to completing your yoga challenge.
The Yoga Challenge Tracker is available for anyone to use; no paid membership is required, and you don't even have to create an account to use it. It is saved in the browser for users to use independently.

A £50, a £25 and a £10 yoga equipment gift card will be given to people who booked the most classes on Live Yoga Teacher.
Everyone else will enter a draw to win one of the following 15 prizes: 5 free yoga classes, 5 classes at 50% off, and 5 classes at 20% off. Winners will be announced the first week of February.
