Certified in Hatha and Yin yoga, my teaching blends traditional techniques with a therapeutic touch -emphasising mindfulness, relaxation and deep restoration while creating a nurturing space for growth and self-care. I believe this combination not only enhances physical flexibility and strength but also promotes emotional resilience and heightened sense of self-awareness.
